The Polyclar Brewbrite wort clarifier and beer stabilizer slurry is added to wort during boiling, 5-15 minutes before the end of the boil.

Dispersion is achieved by the vigorous boiling action in the kettle and during recirculation in the whirlpool. It may also be added directly to the whirlpool.

Dosage Rate: 2g /10L of Wort
