Cream ale is a crisp and clean beer, it is very similar to lager beer. If you like lager beer, you will definitely like this beer too.Besides the taste, cream ale is easier to brew than lager. Its fermentation completes in 5 days at 18- 20 celsius degree.
You need to prepare 500g of precooked rice, then boil the rice as usual. After that add them into the mash together with above malts.
Mash the grain with rice at 65-67 celsius degree for 60 minutes.
Hop schedule: Boil 28g of Hallertau Mittelfruh for 60 minutes and 22g of Hallertau Mittelfruh for 3 minutes
Ferment the beer at 18-20 celsius degree for 5 days.
Add sugar and gelatin when bottling the beer for 2nd fermentation.
