High fermentability: 1) 67Celsius - 60 min, 2) 100 Celsius - 60 min
You need to prepare 500g of precooked rice, then boil the rice as usual. After that add them into the mash together with above malts.
Mash the grain with rice at 65-67 celsius degree for 60 minutes.
Hop schedule:
50g of Pacifca are added 25 minutes before the boiling end and
50g of Nectaron 20minutes before boiling ends.
Dry Hop during high krausen : 100g of Nectaron
Ferment the beer at 28-32 celsius degree for 5-7days.
